Made from unwanted backyard trees, the woods for these drums are individually cut and milled on the spot and then airdried for several years. These woods are non-commercially produced. They do not support the timber industry and are not part of the clear cuts. The results are drums which are truly individual pieces of art. No two are alike and they have great character.

Organic Powow Drums are made from many different woods, depending on availibility.
They have cowhide heads, top and bottom, natural satin finish.
They also feature my sliding-block tuning system which allows compensation for changing humidity; 24 tuning blocks.
